Return Policy

We are sorry for instances* wherein you will be forced to return a product. In such unavoidable circumstances, we allow up to 10 days’ for return of the product, and this is underlined in our return policy. You may please inform us by just sending a mail to [email protected] with the following details included in the email: order id, your contact number, and the appropriate reason for return. Our team will contact you to arrange for return and refund accordingly.

*the instances could include:

  • Product for which the expiry date has passed and
  • Damage in the products at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of orders, please call us @ 9962438471 or 9894759202 or email us to [email protected], with the respective order number and your contact number. Order will be cancelled, and full refund will be issued back to your original payment method, if we receive the request before shipping of the product.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to securely pack and deliver the products as intact as possible. In case, if the product gets damaged or lost during transit, full refund for the order will be done. If paid by credit card, refund will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
